1. INCLUSION<\/strong><\/h2>

<\/p>

<\/p>

1.1 Obligation free and complimentary first meeting, and one complimentary final meeting approximately six (6) weeks prior to your wedding date to confirm details.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

1.2 All additional meetings\/site visits are billed at $50 per hour, one hour minimum.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

1.3 We endeavour to respond via email within 48 hours and be available by phone the week leading up to your event. During peak wedding season there may be delays as current events are prioritised.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

2. CONDITIONS OF FLORISTRY DESIGN, CREATIVE FREEDOM & EQUIPMENT HIRE<\/strong><\/h2>

<\/p>

<\/p>

2.1 A written quotation will outline costs for design, hire equipment (if applicable), delivery, collection and set up. Quotations are valid for thirty (30) days from issue.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

2.2 To secure the booking, a minimum non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total quoted amount must be paid within fourteen (14) days and these Terms signed. If not completed, Sage & Basket reserves the right to release the date.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

2.3 Where multiple delivery locations are required (e.g., ceremony, reception, bouquet drop-offs), additional delivery costs apply based on distance from Swan Valley, WA.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

2.4 Final payment is required eight (8) weeks prior to the event date. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation with no refund of deposit.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

2.5 Changes may be made up to six (6) weeks prior to the event. After this time, full cost may apply. Bookings cannot be reduced by more than 15% of the original quoted total.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

2.6 Hire equipment is supplied for the agreed duration only. Extensions may incur additional fees.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

2.7 All equipment (vases, vessels, candles and holders) are for hire unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

2.8 Flowers are weather and availability dependent. Exact varieties are not guaranteed; substitutions of equal or greater value may occur.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

2.9 Inspiration images are for visual communication only. Sage & Basket creates bespoke designs and does not replicate other works.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

2.10 Where contracted, Sage & Basket will be the sole provider of florals unless agreed in writing (excluding cake florals arranged with cake maker).<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS<\/strong><\/h2>

<\/p>

<\/p>

3.1 The Client accepts responsibility for hire equipment and installations from delivery until collection.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

3.2 For outdoor venues, the Client must nominate someone to move or protect florals and hire equipment in case of inclement weather.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

3.3 The Client must provide timely instructions, access and information necessary to fulfil the order.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

4. HIRE EQUIPMENT & INSTALLATION PROCEDURES<\/strong><\/h2>

<\/p>

<\/p>

4.1 Minimum setup times: one (1) hour prior to ceremony and two (2) hours prior to reception. Client must arrange venue access at least fourteen (14) days prior. Limited access may incur surcharge.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

4.2 Events requiring setup or collection outside 9:00am\u20136:00pm incur a $200 after-hours surcharge.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

4.3 Sage & Basket reserves the right to amend designs due to inclement weather, seasonal availability or unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

5. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY<\/strong><\/h2>

<\/p>

<\/p>

5.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

5.2 To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to resupply of services or refund of amounts paid.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

5.3 Sage & Basket is not liable for loss or damage caused by guests, venue staff, weather conditions, or third parties.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

5.4 The Client indemnifies Sage & Basket against claims arising from guest interference or misuse of hire items.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

6. LOSS OR DAMAGE TO HIRE EQUIPMENT<\/strong><\/h2>

<\/p>

<\/p>

6.1 Hire equipment must be returned in original condition. Replacement costs will be charged at full retail value.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

7. CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS<\/strong><\/h2>

<\/p>

<\/p>

7.1 Cancellation fees apply:<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(a) Deposit retained in all cases.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(b) If cancelled between one (1) month and fourteen (14) days prior: 50% of remaining balance payable.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(c) If cancelled within fourteen (14) days: 100% of remaining balance payable.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

7.2 Date changes subject to availability. If unavailable, treated as cancellation.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

7.3 Deposits cannot be transferred or sold to another client.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

7.4 Orders cannot be reduced by more than 15% of original quote.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

7.5 In the event of Health Pandemic, State of Emergency, extreme weather, bushfire or government restriction, performance is subject to law. Deposits remain non-refundable but may be transferable at discretion.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

8. PAYMENTS<\/strong><\/h2>

<\/p>

<\/p>

8.1 Payment methods include credit card and direct transfer (details provided on invoice).<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

8.2 Late payment fees may apply.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

8.3 Unpaid amounts after fourteen (14) days written notice may be referred to debt collection or legal proceedings.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

8.4 Sage & Basket will attempt to work with clients experiencing financial hardship where possible.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

9. USE OF IMAGES & FEEDBACK<\/strong><\/h2>

<\/p>

<\/p>

9.1 Sage & Basket may use event photos\/videos for promotional purposes including social media.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

9.2 Testimonials may be requested and used for marketing.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

9.3 Clients grant permission to use first name and event imagery unless otherwise requested in writing.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

10. MISCELLANEOUS<\/strong><\/h2>

<\/p>

<\/p>

10.1 Client must provide vendor list for social media crediting.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

10.2 These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and parties submit to WA courts.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

11. PRIVACY POLICY<\/strong><\/h2>

<\/p>

<\/p>

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

We collect personal information such as names, contact details, event details and marketing preferences.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

Information is collected via enquiries, consultations and website forms.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

We use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel for analytics and marketing.<\/p>

<\/p>

<\/p>

Marketing emails are sent with consent and may be unsubscribed at any time.<\/p>
